停经两年后,我目前正在吃的补充品


 


我今年54岁,已经停经两年了。

更年期虽然对我影响不是很大,但偶尔晚上还是会突然醒来,睡不太好。

所以我现在每天晚上吃饭的时候,都会一起吃鱼油和钙粉,已经持续一段时间了。

这就是我目前正在做的补充习惯。

I am 54 years old and have been menopausal for two years.

Although menopause doesn’t affect me too badly, I still occasionally wake up suddenly at night and find it hard to fall back asleep.

So now, every night with dinner, I take fish oil and calcium powder together. I’ve been doing this for a while.
